10 Round Multi-Saw Crate Has Not Been Posted To My Account

Saiden, or to whom concerned....

My name is R0ckinR0tty (that's zeros after the R's). I played 203 M.M. Maps/Games, reaching Tier 5. I have received the four, five round crates, but, I have not received the ten round Multi-Saw Crate as of yet. Can you folks please fix this problem or let me know what I need to do. I've enclosed a screen capture photo to show you what I mean. Thanks :-)

First of all there's no proof that you have played 203 M.M games, if we say "yes" you played 203 games then you must have those crates because this event is based on a program , and this event code has a condition that if player reached 200 games and above , disturbe to his account all the rewards in the codes language ( if totalgames >=200; owned crates += 5 rpk chrismon crates..etc) just for example !
So they cannot fail distributing the crates to your account , since I completed 204 games and got all of the promised crates , so if this worked atleast once or with one person, so it must work with others aswell!
That means that you have not completed 200 and above games!

With all due respect RoadToMajor, computer code is perfect & can NEVER make any mistakes whatsoever? Perhaps if you CF people kept that little "Event Monitoring - Check Reward Status" button active for a time longer, I could have also provided a screen capture of it saying "203 Maps Completed - Tier 5 Accomplished". If you people need to dig into my account to find any information out, go right ahead & look. I am a man of my word, & I DID complete 203 GAMES. YOUR "Check Reward Status" button even told me I DID complete 200 Maps & Tier 5. How convenient it is now that the "Check Reward Status" button no longer works so that people can't get a screen capture of it & prove your "code theory" is full of holes & untrue. I have testaments from various Clan Members, as well as postings with time stamps on our Clan Facebook Group page I can provide that will prove I did reach Tier 5 & am missing the Multi-Saw Crate. While I somewhat understand your position & what you say, I just thought you folks were a smart bunch & could go look into my account & see that I did get 203 Maps/Tier 5 completed - my bad if I was wrong in my thinking you could do it. I've been a loyal player since CF was practically invented, never used any hacks, never done any of that glitching crap, & have always played CF like a straight arrow. I've never tried "pulling the wool over anyone's eyes" & I never plan to start. Thank you for your response & time, now please.... make this right.

Yeah i can understand you, but sometimes they have something wrong in the codes , but i do trust you that you have played 200+ games , anyways you can send a support ticket, and they will tell you the reason why, as somebody just said he played 200 games exactly he sent a support ticket,they replied you have played 199 games , so just send a support ticket to know if there was an issue distributing the crates to your account or you have played less than 200.
but the question is : WHY THIS HAPPENED ONLY WITH YOU,?
