An old account disappeared ?

Hello guys. My brother and I used to play crossfire back in 2011. We havent player for long time, probably about 3-4 years. Now he cannot even logon the website or the game itself.

I know that in the FAQ, it states that an account cannot be deleted, even if the user wanted to delete it.

But now my brother cannot login to his account because the sistem does not accept the User ID/Password or the email address used to get the account.

We still have the email from Z8 Games, showing the user ID, password, security question and answer.


Any idea? Did some account get deleted after the new version, or do accounts expire due to inactivity ?

Submit a support ticket with the details you have, they MIGHT be able to help you...

To be honest, i think that he got hacked or something..

Account will never disappear..

User ID/PW they mean or you wrote the ID wrong or the pw. they won't tell you which one ofcourse..

But yeah like NattNatt said, make a support ticket they could help/inform you more.

One of the following might have happened:

1. Your account was deactivated due to inactivity (not 100% sure about this)

2. You forgot your account info

I highly suggest you make a support ticket like [MOD]NattNatt said
its the only way to get your account back

We generally don't delete accounts. If you still have the registration email, you'll likely have good luck with sending a ticket to account administration. Try it out

I had a old friend ingame, his IGN was JP_Burner, and now i can not find him anymore, i know he dont play anymore but is his account deleted or have a new badname now?
