Vicious circle
Hello dear Community!
I have created account very long time ago, and since then I was playing on it very often till i gave up so I have abandoned the game for some time. Also, in the meanwhile, I did change my email. Recently I have tried to log in but I have forget my password, so did click on the option "Forgot your password?" and typed my email down, but it keep saying that my account does not exist, so I checked it out on the clan web page and it is still there (sjjs28). Note that I have tried with both, old and new email, and the new does not exist and on the old email I have no message about PW change (yes I did wait long!) . I have tried everything what I could do with this but unfortunately nothing works. I would be really glad and thankful if you could help me with this issue.
PS: Yes, I did submit several tickets to support, but when I submit it to Account Department it keeps saying that I have filled the boxes incorrectly. On the other hand, the Crossfire Department can not help me with this issue, even if I say that I can provide any information they want. I feel helpless to this situation and it seems to be unsolvable for me
