My acc got stolen and the thief blocked my account maybe with hack

guys I had a very bad problem with my VIP account !! the story is that I have a vip account with two weapons I really love the game . But unfortunately I had to leave the game for about 2 years because i was in third secondary class and I had to study hard . I have entered faculty of engineering I have got 99% . When I came back to the game I forgot my password so a asked the support canter for help then they told me that the account has been blocked ! . I don't know how !? I also don't remember the email . All the information that I have 1.The ID is my personal phone number wich i can prove that it is my own account 2.My personal Gmail still saves my purchased messages with my phone number ( the ID ) which I can also prove that it is my account and i purchased 3.I can prove that i was in third secondary and I got 99% and i got a lot of exams that prevent me to play ( with documents from the government ) 4.I can tell you the last passwords that I put 5.Facebook memories that prove that I played and enjoyed the game before third secondary.
I know it is complicated but this is the true . I didn't do any thing please help me I paid money for my lovely game the it gone !!!!!
please tell me the truth . can I get back my stolen account ( after proving every this i said up with screen shots and documents ) ?
