would anyone please be so kind and could explain to me, what's this "Powerful Charge Shot" about - It is an attribute of the new Vip weapon, released on thurday?

Its a small blast coming from the muzzle of the gun. A bar will charge up over time. When its full, instead of the knife attack, you will instead use a charge shot attack that supposedly does 100 dmf anywhere on the body. -
