If it was banned for hacking or so , you can't get it backed. But if it was banned for sharing i believe you have a chance. Keep trying to remember it and don't give up. I believe so. You can try it and check the tracker to see if it counts.i want to ask something. Does it count if it is only the 2 of us me and my friend playing any mutation maps? just only the 2 of us -

You need to wait till the end of the event to get the LAST tier you have managed to reach only.It says that I achieved tier 1 but I dont have it in my storage

You had to play 1 hour everyday( of it. which lasted for 7 days) for that event which means 21 crates and 5 crates to be received on the last day of the event. If you believe you've done it but you didn't get your crates, feel free to submit a ticket http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submitcan somebody help.i still didnt get my new year 2016 crates.and i got only 18 crates of the year 2015.

For yall that complain its a waste of 6 days, let me tell you friend. How easy it is to farm this. get a group of 6, play MM, grenade kill yourself . end game under 5 mins. 200 games easy. Im already done and I played for only 1 day. take note for all the complains.
