Is the heightened ping across modes or specific modes only? All Modes
What is your 'normal' ping? About 80-90
What is your current ping? Over 180 , sometimes it reaches 250
Is your network wired or wireless? Wired
Is your ping heightened ALL the time or spiking, or on specific times? That Problem Happend 2 days ago
Intervals matter if it's spiking. How often? All The Time

It could be from the server's side.

If not, open up command prompt and try this:
ipconfig /release
