If you get the error that File is changed CShell.dll then replace this CShell.dll with yours

Copying files from another user is always risky and should not be done. There could be all sorts of issues with the file and could get you banned.

If you need a new version of the file, delete the old one and when you start the patcher it should re-download the correct file.
