I can not change the kill marks..
I 'm erasing the mark file, but it still works.:S How do I change it?

You can't change killmarks anymore, only the sound for killmarks.

Why we can not more longer change the Marks ? In all other Crossfire it work

We prefer that you don't change anything in the game files. It can mess with current systems, future updates, etc. And if you do change something, we won't be able to help when something eventually does break because of it
