How can I change my Email without access the old one

I'm using the old email -Email removed- for my account long time ago, and I want to change it to a new one.
However, I forgot password of my old email, so I cannot verify to change new email. Can someone help, please ?

Yep, send us a ticket to our account admin department and we can help you there. Once you verify your account, we can change the email manually.
