Welcome to the Crossfire competitive scene, the best way to get a team would be to play in North America 5 Channel 8 (AKA Competitive channel) or if you live in Europe then UK Server 5 Channel 8. Just keep practicing and ringing for scrims and soon someone will pick you up!
