Stop closing support tickets
I wish that you guys wouldn't close support tickets IMMEDIATELY after answering them, perhaps close them after answering them and then waiting a few days to see if the user has any additional information about the problem. Just a suggestion!

If you do end up having additional information about the problem that you think would be useful to solving said problem, you can always submit another ticket. In order to keep everything moving and get you through the queue as efficiently as possible, staff closes some ticket responses that they feel don't need additional responses.
