Horrible Ping

Hello, iam suffering from a huge lag when entering a room then throw me out of the room.
Where are you connecting from? Egypt
Which server are you connected to? UK servers
Is the heightened ping across modes or specific modes only? All Modes
What is your 'normal' ping? About 90-110
What is your current ping? Over 2000 , sometimes it reaches 5000
Is your network wired or wireless? Wired
Is your ping heightened ALL the time or spiking, or on specific times? That Problem Happend 2 days ago
Intervals matter if it's spiking. How often? All The Time

I think Iam Not Alone In Egypt Who Suffers From That Horrible Ping ,, Any Solution ?

This is CF NA / UK, it's not an international version meaning that only people from NA or UK will get stable ping.
And the servers have also been a little laggy lately, so that might have something to do with.

But I have been playing in CF NA For About 5 Years And The Ping Was Very Fine ,, Actually This Horrible Ping Happend just a 3 days ago ,, (What I Mean Is CF Was Good Forever But Lately Iam Suffering From That Ping ) .. which means that OF Course Something Had Happend Caused That High Ping.

yea me too ... my normal ping is 80-90 now my ping are 180

This is from the servers not you since other forum members are having this problem, give it some time and see if they fix it.

Im from India, normal ping was 90
now im getting 300+
cant play, toooo laggy
please fix this ASAP

Same here bro.. I too am from India and was getting 110-120 ping but now I get 400-500 (sometimes over 1000)
Servers need to be fixed

servers seem ok i had the same issue but fixed itself after restarting my wifi router

I've tried restarting my router hundreds of times without interest.

My ping with every other server seems to be good, other than CF NA.
CF EU ping 90 - 110
im using leased line wired only to play your game atm.
please re-check
i am not able to enjoy my latest VIP' s due to this Laaaaggggg
even at this ping i spend 3 - 4 hrs but im getting kicked :-(
from Jan 16 only this ping got hiked.
Hope you will do need full to enjoy our game time.
im also checking with my ISP whether there is any broken OFC overseas.

Location also matters!
so does your internet!

Ping = location + internet speed

if you are far away from the servers and have slow internet
you ping will be quite high

if you are close to the servers and have good internet your ping will be very low

either if you have good internet and live far away or live close and have bad internet your ping wont really be impacted but you will sustain a solid 40-90 ping


i do not live that close to the NA servers even tho i am in the U.S. but my internet is very good
so i sustain a 39-41 ping


In your case since you live in turkey, Egypt or where ever you are technically far away from the servers and idk how well your internet is but it will effect ur ping dramatically

My point is that i used to get ping below 90 till Jan mid for last few years in above mentioned condition.
and one more thing, this is off this topic still im so lame to start a new thread for this.
Have you ppl nerfed M4A1-s-Iron Beast ?
bcoz im getting low kills with this weapon, while comparing with normal M4 or any other weapon i use.
