i am really getting fed up with a bot answering me... i call smilegate west all they can say is to send another support ticket and they hangup in my face...
i mean what type of customer support is that.... ive already sent multiple support tickets .. and no one is HELPING .. my whole clan got disbanded .. a clan i worked my ass off to raise from the Ground Up.. Whomever got in my account deleted it ... without thinking it twice... man its hard to see money ive worked for lost just because no one can help... ive been patient... ive been nice... what else is there... i really wanna quit cf already but a lot of my best buds ive met in this game ... and it will be a shame that just because no one helps me i would quit ... .. man Crossfire had a 5 star support now its barely 1/4 star,,, and i know you guys try but ... please at least read the tickets.. and put yourself in the persons shoes ... how would he feel ......

I doubt Z8games can restore deleted clans. I fear it's gone for good.

We generally cannot restore deleted clans, we don't offer support from you calling us, and we never use bots to answer our tickets.

I ~understand that but then why do the ticket replys feel.so generic ...
Kanadian i played with you a few days ago.. I told you that "people had the wrong perspective of you guys the you guys are chill and fun to play with.."
Well apperently someone hacked my email... and my email got changed everything got changed.. now i try and ask for my email change cause clearly its not me who is using the account And they say i have to wait 90 days?????? I mean the guy deleted my clan and he gets 90 days with my account??? That is not fair ... ive worked my ass off to take my SoundClouds to where its at,, i just need my email change im not asking for something that is hard... i just hope you can help me
