Unable to purchase ZP with Rixty

I tried to purchase ZP via Rixty various times but when I choose "Complete Purchase" it appears a disconnect icon on a blank page. I have tried hundred times since a day and it still happens.

I'm having the same issue too. The GM's will be informed and hopefully it'll be fixed before the promotion ends.

SAME! i been stressing over this too.. i been trying to send them tickets over this but no one replied yet... anyone knows how to fix this? i really want to get my ZP on my account before the promo ends!!!
