Ping spiking issues ( Please help asap ).

I usually have no problems playing the game, my ping is a usual 24-30, which is great, but lately it's been spiking to 200 everytime I see any of the other players, although its back to normal when I'm dead which doesn't help much. The game is completely unplayable as today it's been hovering around 2k ping. Some of the other players I've come across have said their ping spikes more frequently now although only till 200, not more than that. It's not my internet as no one else was on when I was playing and all other applications were closed.

I live in Chicago, wireless internet though wired doesn't help either, and I only play on the NA2 server. It happens in every mode and it's frustrating because it'll kick me out of games too.
