Failed to conect to host server

Hi GM ,

I got failed to connect to host server from yesterday until now in Egypt .
i just login to crossfire and then go to my storage to see something but i got server is full in storage and then i got disconnected from server but i press ok , suddenly i see myself back again to server list and i rejoin to uk server again but when i enter any room . the players won't move and i can't change my weapons and then room crashed and i got failed to connect to host server . i can't enter any room in any server . i try to restart my router and my pc and disable firewall and antivirus but nothing changed .
all egyptian from yesterday have this problem too.
please fix that i can't finish my event now.

i got problem in game system after that update
when i enter any room its seems like net down but the network is working i restarted my router more than 5 times and its still not working
so what should i have to do ?
inbox me please and tell me how to solve this problem because i'm on my phone so i cant see the notifications from my mobile.

I have windows 10 Pro 64 bit last version , crossfire works well before this update .
Notice : Crossfire works now after open Vpn and change Location of IP
i won't use vpn and play with it because it gives me lagge .
so the problem with your server . some egyptians can't play crossfire because this probem.
Please fix it

Wall of text sent. I hope it helps and you solve it a.s.a.p cause me and many other players nearly cant play the game at all nowdays.

it's not about windows it's about the new patch we all have the same problem and they really need to fix it as soon as possible it's like most of crossfire players are egyptian and all of them can't even play a single game

Its not about this patch, this has been here for months. I came back to the game on July 2015 and this error was here and it is still.
Even people with good connections get it in NA servers as its lagy. So,its not about Egyptians' poor connection only.
Also, does anyone know what does the blue color on the ticket mean ? Is it because i replied to it or cause a GM is viewing it atm ?

i have the same problem
but i try it with windows XP sp2- sp3 / windows7 / windows8 / windows 8.1 / windows 10 all of them is lags because ping 3k-5k
normally my ping in game 130-200 now 3000-5000 how can fix ?

its not about windows xp , vista , 8 or 10 doesnt matter lol
im win 8 my cousin win xp and my friend win 10 my other cousin win 7 we all TeData we all bugged ...
but Crossfire NA only had a problem , coz im TeData and i can play another CrossFire Servers btw
so i contacted GM's in support and they searching that issue
