Hello, I've been contacting the support center to free an IGN which is inactive for 2 years according to the profile page. But when I contact the support center, they keep answering that he's currently active, which is obviously not the case. He also is only SFC so i don't know where the problem is.. http://crossfire.z8games.com/profile/9686685

yeah, i know, but i still dont know why im not able to take that IGN, since hes inactive for over 2 years now. plus, his rank isn't even high.
