i have strange problem ..

i have now 38 Ribbons and i have made those
[ credit to the clan & clan survivalist ]
but nothing came yet from like 10 days !
i have sent a lot of Tickets and support center doesn't answer me !
what should i do guys?
and btw i am sure that i have made them ?!
