"Verify Your Account" email hasn't been in my inbox

The new "Veryfi Your Account" event provides us with a chance to reset our email, securety question and more. But if I want to participate the email verrification isn't in my inbox nor my spam folder. Now I tried it several times and I haven't recieved an email so far. I don't want to change my email.

  • If you've sent the link, and haven't found it in your email, there are two options I can think of: 1) You've changed your email and are checking an old one. 2) Someone else has changed your email and you're checking the old one. Either way, it might be safe to change the email on your account.
  • Nope, the support can answer to my current email. Tried to contact the support via a ticket but they won't help either. My first registred email was mike.pokorny@web.de but I changed it 2-3 years ago with no problems. Only this verify-thing email does not show up. Crossfire isn't on my spamlist so I don't understand this kind of problem. It's a great choice to get the USP back, I sold mine instandly and regreded it afterwards and now it's impossible to get it just because Z8 fails to send the email. If every other Crossfire/ Z8 related email can pass through but one can't?
