Dear Mr. Alex,

This letter is being written on behalf of Team HeXus. It is the formal notification that your position in HeXus is being terminated due to lack of communication.You were informed about the policies upon recruitment by me, Dema. You were carefully being monitored about how well you worked with the team. That being said, you have demonstrated a lack of connection with the teammates. Furthermore, you have shown a complete disregard for the team. Which has been an on going situation since you've joined.

In regards to your displeased actions towards HeXus, we apologize for the miscommunication that occurred for the actions that was upheld. It wasn't just about the name calling, but also other factors that contributed to the situation. We would also like to inform everyone that some of the comments stated by Alex_1g is very misleading, for example; and I quote "i didnt mean to hurt your feeling when i called you a dumby (according to AWMazing)". According to Kush, he stated that it did not hurt his feelings. He brushed it off and continued playing. As HeXus has stated that there's always a time and place for everything, but during that time we were taking the scrim seriously. Alex claimed that HeXus was not being professional about it, but in fact we were focused during the game. HeXus would finally like to state that we apologize for the miscommunication in the event that has happened and we would like to wish you the best of luck in the future.

You are right I was informed about the policy or whatever but honestly who is perfect I'm obviously gonna make mistakes it's not like I'm doing it on Purpouse you know and if I was doing something wrong ,witch apprentice I was, I feel like you guys should have told me when I asked everyone to give me feed back about myself because I wanted to grow with the team. And I think that's how it should have went instead of cutting right th away but that's what you guys decided and if you want to talk about policy let me tell you something about your "policy" ,witch apparently only applies to me as I see, there is a player in the team that ever since I joined the teams out guys would everyday tell him to stop talking to the enemy team and to not push to follow strats but he did anyways and not once did u guys talk about cutting him for breaking the "policy" numerous times. But even doe when I asked for feed back about myself to everyone nobody stepped forward and told me I was doing anything wrong witch made me believe I was doing good.....so where is the fairness in all this which makes me think even more it was a set up. But now Dema you are telling me something different then what u told me on Ts3 on Ts3 you told me you didn't notice anything but now u seem to notice it all.......and as far as me I only played the game cuz I was on the team I actually thought we were going to be a strong team lol I was a lil heart broken when u cut me I'll admit cuz I really liked you guys but since I got cut there's no need to play this game anymore... I was called names in HeXus by solid and nothing happened, even tho he's the biggest on the "being nice to teammates" rule. Just saying what I think is true, no trash talk

Had some part in the reasoning, or it never would've been brought up at all in these conversations. He said that he saw another side of Ben he'd never seen before in regards to that so it clearly had something to do with it, which is hypocritical and just pathetic. If the reasoning for him is communication, then why is it he was cut instantly, no warnings when, as a matter if fact, u have been given 3+ warnings for that exact reason and Ben hasn't made any decisions yet. Once again, I'm not talking trash, just saying what I am witnessing and what the truth is

the three reasons why i got cut was cuz im not a teamplayer, i bring the team down and i argue or sum like that which i beg to differ but i think i proved my point that i didnt get a fair chance and got cut unfairly but its whateverrrr but calling a team player "dumby" was one of the reasons

If you think controversy doesn't exist in esports and video games, well perhaps you should start believing otherwise. There are laws that govern all jurisdiction in any case of dispute. Just like it goes for traditional sports and all other real-world matters such as politics primarily, esports are no different. There is a wide range that policies apply to the individual, the team, the company, the organization, the corporation, etc etc. Perhaps if Smilegate took this game seriously and really focused on esports instead of neglecting it, we would not have people regarding these actual, serious matters as "jokes". haha

It seems like some of you think that being a jokester and acting like crap is no big deal. Well you could be right, it is no big deal here when there aren't really anything in place to 'govern' you. One could get kicked off a team for "no apparent reason" but then again what is really there to take the place of the utter blankness that clearly proves that competitive CFNA is and will not go anywhere anytime soon? lol But I'm sure you have seen/heard of players that get fined, punished, banned, sued, arrested, attacked, killed, whatever - for acting in unruly manner. If people want to be like that, then I refuse to further speak about it because you are then unfit to hold a conversation with me.

This is by no means directed at anybody here, I simply wanted to make a really important point given the topic of this thread. This thread however, will be closed. Formal or not, taken seriously or not: this is not the place for argument. If you have more to say to each other, take it upon pms.
