Cut From heXus

so for those who been asking me why i got cut from hexus well ill tell you guys how things went.
Yesterday as i logged in to their Ts3 i had DemalutionX come to the room i was in and straight up told me i was cut.
That shocked me so i asked him why and he told me because 3 of the players(S0lid, Awmazing., yahu) keept coming to him and complaining about me apparently on how ever since i joined the team that there has been arguing when they never EVER use to argue and also im not a team player and that i bring people down.
So i told him if that is the case then why did nobody tell me anything when i clearly asked them to let me know if i was doing anything wrong or if there was things that i needed to improve on, over a message in kik.
I felt like i was getting set up is what i told him because they are trying to build a team but instead of them telling me my mistakes to improve myself they(those 3^) decide to go put a complain and cut me.
but when i said that awm said i am 20 years old that they shouldn't have to tell me this and that. but that clearly does not apply to this cuz every team is different i was like the new kid on the block you know, i am not automatically going to know whats right or wrong in this block.
Dema agreed with me that it was wrong that when i asked them if im doing anything wrong or should improve in something, they didn't tell me anything.
after that i saw a side of Awmazing that i never have seen it was like he was bashing me left and right and eager to cut me.
after that i asked Dema(since i was pared with him in most maps as a partner) if he thought i wasn't a good team player and her told me the opposite of what those 3 told me basicly saying i was a good team player
Awmazing also brought up that i had called Kush a dumby in one of the scrims for something that went wrong and said that i hurt his feelings and was bringing him down and that calling him a dumby was the same as calling him a dumba** or stupid (keep in mind we wernt taking this scrim seriously and we all throwing jokes at each other)
Then Awm also brought up that i had "argued" with him in a scrim when it was literally me saying one sentence back to his comment about me
after all that Awm did apologize for coming at me the wrong way and i ended up telling them that what the accusing me of isn't even right and there is no prove behind also that if they would have told me that i was doing something wrong that i would have corrected it jsut like i corrected the thing S0lid told me about
So then there was a moment of silence witch was awkward so i told them that im going to go do me and they can go do them that ill let them have the day to think about what they are going to do and Dema agreed
SO TODAY i come home from work, do a couple of things and i have then try to log on so they can tell me their decision and im banned from their Ts3 GG.

Point here is if you are trying to make a team and you have a 5 and someone is making mistakes you should let them know what they are doing wrong so they can correct themselves and build a better team that way. Not just cut the person and get a new one and start over with him because if they keep on doing that, just cutting/and replacing, the team is never going to grow



so my final words for heXus (since i am banned from their Ts3) is:

1.DemalutionX - it was a pleasure playing with you i felt like we had chemistry going we worked well with each other hope to play with you in the future
2.S0lid - you are a great player i felt like i work well with you even doe u didn't think the same
3.Yahu - you are one heavy frager man i can only imagine what ud be like if you had 20 ping lol!
4.Awmazing. - im happy i got to see who u really are Monday, have fun streaming
5.kush - i didnt mean to hurt your feeling when i called you a dumby (according to AWMazing)
