The real problem with Crossfire.

As you may already understood am going to talk about the real issue with crossfire. You see, after playing this game for 5 year or so,you may start feeling that this game doesnt reward you properly,i understand that some people may say that: ''hey, there are a lot of events that give you crates!''Well... not really, crates are 100% based on luck which is a real issue if you are unlucky.I will set myself for an example, i have been purchasing around 150-200 crates for every single event crates, xmas, halloween and so on since 2010.Just imagine how many crates there were, which makes more than 1000 crates. All i got was 1 halloween weapon and 1 xmas.1000 crates+ for 2 guns is not so worth.and from all the event crates, starting from 2010 when i started actually playing all i got was 1 weapon, and i have done EVERY SINGLE EVENT. LITERALLY.just imagine how many crates there were for free, just in 2015( Generally events, back to school, xmas, halloween, etc) Having that in mind, imagine doing all of these not just in 2015 but also every year. After that you slowly lose motivation to buy crates and to play to get the free crates cause you feel like you are not gonna get anything. Now lets talk about ingame,These are the issues, first of all this game became way pay to win, guns like the m4a1 vip are simply unfair towards players who buy less zp just for some crates or those who cannot afford zp.This could be solve by adding a mode to the game that only allows players to use gp content which can be called something like Competitive mode or something.Hackers are not being seen a lot these days which is nice. Now moving back to the store, this time talking about gp content.Once you have played this game for enough years, you pretty much have every single gp item/gun/char available and u start storing an insane amount of gp which is just useless since you got everything and if you will complete some events to get crates and get more gp,well you got the point. As i was saying you feel like quiting the game because it doesnt reward you at all, getting some gp or stuff for days means nothing. Now i will talk about my last point, which bothers me A LOT.i see people getting rare and awesome guns on accounts that once they win they will probably never login again, and believe me there are THOUSANDS of accs that have awesome weapons and havent logged in for years. Also many people quit and their guns get stuck in their storages. if there could only be something like a trading system, which we can by guns from each other for zp for example or trading with other guns that would be great, lets take csgo for an example.Besides that a community market would be nice, selling your guns on the website for zp so people can get guns they never had the luck to win or play during the crate's release. If you are still reading i would like to thank you.I would be really happy to see if there are more people feeling this way and create a discussion in the comments.

  • You are complaining about not winning something in a LOTTERY.

The real problem would be something more pressing like Hackers (Which there doesn't seem to be too much of right now) or perhaps the community itself.

A trading system would literally promote insane amounts of alt accounts or scamming and generally would cripple profit for a profit driven game.

Not winning something is saddening, I get that. Especially when you see countless of others win it. But you ought to understand that the Black Market from the very beginning never guarantees you a permanent weapon. You only have yourself to blame for spending so much.

Really hate to sound that harsh, but that's what I think.

Secondly, a VIP does, at MOST, help. It does not mean that you are the be all, end all of CrossFire if you own one.

Thirdly, limiting those who spend money on your game by dictating where they can use their weapon is... counterproductive, to say the least.

All in all, Your complaints aren't really something that would help the game to thrive. They would doom it in the long run.

(That aside, you can't just copy and paste the trading system from CS:GO and call it a Day. A lot of other things go into the equation of creating a good trading system. I've read quite a few suggestions which sounded pretty neat and well thought out, but that would ultimately clash with the devs ideal of actually getting as much profit as possible without making your players run off.)
  • First off....
this should be in suggestions.. Moved

second of all.... The reason these guns are awesome and rare is because they are exclusive and not many people have them...
if you owned a special awesome gun, would you like everyone and their grandmother to have one? Won't feel so special will it...
tbh I have over 40+ perm weapon (10 of which are BM ZP) and I only use 2 of them :/ (desert eagle stripes, cheytac Halloween or mp5 ares)

third, it is your fault you spent your money....
you should only spend how much ur prepared to lose..
nd they have event crates which are free so you shouldn't even complain about.

trade system could work in this game but only with heavy regulations which have not and will not be implemented just for the sake of ur interest of getting/buying guns....
Its a terrible idea no offense and just like m1600wner said we have far more issues to deal with like hackers.

All in all -1 to this idea
I'm sorry but you could have done a better job at research and presenting your idea

i understand what you are saying but still. What i meant was that it wouldnt be that bad to reward players that play for a long of time+ give a lot of money to this game something like a boost/higher winning chance.2nd having 100% wallbang+ silencer+ a recoil that you can easily spray behind a box to get kills isnt a lot of fun,is it?3rd am not saying to copy that system but to take an idea from it,also by limiting stuff, such as a rank to be able to use it the system. Finally i would like to ask, what is more productive, having several big donators that buy everything and others quting the game because they feel that they dont have a place here anymore,i know WAY too many people who were buying a decent amount of zp but quitted for this reason.Am just stating my own opinion based on what i see
