Password stealers

There is a virus going around on these forums that involves a password stealer.Multiple clan mates of mine that visit these forums have recieved this virus from these forums.With all the accounts getting stolen and clans being hacked I feel as if I need to hang this up for a bit.This is out rite stupid this happens.There should be no reason we get a virus visiting your site.you can hear them run on occasions at the bottom of the page. Some one has figured a way to implement these in your adds.And people get hacked all of a sudden when the adds start.If its not z8's fault accounts are getting hacked whos is its?Cant say us because its not our fault!!Please fix this,I hate to see any court actions come your way

You talking about the random Adverts you get in forums while there is no Adv site in the sides or bottom... its bs and you can't stop it and it talks about random *****. I also got Popups and also got sended directly to other webpage and I have the 2 screen shots but will take long to post them -.- -
While there was a malware package associated with one of the ads at one point, there is no keylogger coming from this site. Do you really think that any of the advertisers are interested in your crossfire username and password? A more likely scenario is that a 3rd party utility was downloaded and the keylogger was embedded in that.

Well I have no 3rd party software and I have got this 2 times..Thankfully I stopped it before it really got bad.Always happens like ths.Sitting here looking at forums and then Adobe acrobat pops up.After it gos away a website with a scanner is scanning my computer,and things go to shet afterwards.That dont sound like a 3rd party software to me.Sound like Adobe pops up to read the ad format which has a virus.Its like A.I.D.S,not everyone is getting this infection but its there. -

Hmm nice idea. I also have heard some random ads that I can't see....
But luckily that was not on my PC..
I use the Google Chrome and it works the best for me. -

Shouldnt have to,it does not state in TOS that we should be scared and change our pass every month or so.Its not on us bro!Let my account get stolen and see a lawyer get involved as they have told me. You have spent money on this game,you made an investment on it.Thats all I have to say... -

yea i have invested in this game but not worth getting a lawyer involved over lol -
I find it funny how the mods are explaining how to prevent this from happening. It shouldnt be down to us, it should be the owner of the websites responsibility to keep its users safe and secure... especially when they want your credit card, paypal or w/e other method used to purchase ZP.
