How to recover ID ?

So, on the site, i see only an option for recovering forgotten pw.. What if i forgot my username ?

It was made like 4 years ago.. I couldn't remember any of its info or remember where i typed 'em(if i actually did) when i came back to the game.
But luckily today i remembered the email somehow that was used for creation and changed the pw for it. But i cant remember the ID.
Many other websites have an option for ID recovery. Doesn't this one have one somewhere ? qq

After you complete there your z8 registered email - you will receive an email with future instruction ... i don't know what instruction will send z8 to you now ...

But 4 years ago when you acces that link and complete with registered email - z8 was send to your email all account details : ID + current pass, date when was created and the secret answer - usually take around 15 minutes ... but sometime i receive the email after 3-4 hours ...

P.S. If you manage to recover your registered email - maybe you have save the initial email z8 send to you after you create the z8 accounts ... you may find there your info

I've already done that and the message that was sent to me was about pw change only. no info in it unfortunately.
Also, the email i remembered, im not sure if its my registered email or not cause i couldn't find the creation message((maybe the creation message was deleted or smth) but its surely the last email used on this account cause i could change the pw tho.
I just hope they actually recover it to me on Tuesday when the support is back from holiday.
Thanks for helping and i hope they consider adding a recovery button for ID on the site in the future...

Lel, they've just replied telling me to send the ticket through Account Administration Department which requires the ID that im trying to recover
and info that i believe didn't exist at creation before. -_-
I guess its another copy & past reply and i aint getting it back
Shame! i felt optimistic when i remembered that email and thought i was actually getting it back.
