where do i report a scammer

i looked in the ticketing system, and there's a section to report hackers and issues with your games and your accounts,
i got a guy who send me a link in-game to "get 20k free ZP", obviously fake, so i saved the replay and took a screenshot, but i don't know where to report him.
should i put the ticket under the "hacking report" section?
