gettin free zp

i have tried to get free zp doing the surveys and everthing, i do it, i complete it but never get a message saying i got my zp, i did all the work for the zp, and getting phone calls and emails for stuff i signed up for to get the zp, and no zp, can anybody help.

u have to take a screenshot of you finishing the thing and you have to send it in.
