HGWC has stopped working - BEX Error

Hello! During the last 72 hours I've been trying to play CrossFire and CrossFire Europe but I keep getting the same HGWC error for both of the game versions.
I have also tried 2 different operating systems, Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 ultimate, both being clean installs.

I've searched informations about this BEX thingy on google and people say that you have to right click on computer - properties, hardware - settings --> Turn on DEP for all programs except for: and choose HGWC.exe

I did that but the error still persists. I also tried CCleaner, a **** ton of reinstalls, compatibily mode and others that I can't remember..can anyone help me out please?
