Between December 21st - December 25th, you will receive a bonus amount of ZP when purchasing ZP

If you purchase 5,000 - 10,000 ZP, you will receive a 10% Bonus
If you purchase 10,001 - 20,000 ZP, you will receive a 15% Bonus
If you purchase 20,001 - 50,000 ZP, you will receive a 20% Bonus
If you purchase 50,001 - 100,000 ZP, you will receive a 25% Bonus

Seems like the only way to get a bonus is to buy Karma Koins, at least, from my knowledge.
Might consider paying for this game again... hey, low hopes though.

Hello GM Castiel, I am IGN: XexalSeyer on Lost Saga. While I understand Lost Saga and CrossFire are run differently, we were not informed of this bonus ZP. At all. I knew there was a bonus ZP event going on, as I charged a 25$ Karma Koin on Wednesday, but despite searching all over the LS site, forums, and even facebook page, I could not find a single bit of information on it.


It occured to me just half an hour ago, that maybe only the CF community was informed of it, and the LS community was left out--despite the ZP bonuses still applying to them. As you stated, it ends tomorrow. It is 9pm, on Christmas day, as I type this. I rushed out half an hour ago to my nearby CVS Pharmacy to pick up 2 25$ Karma Koins (as that cvs doesn't carry 50$) , but when I arrived there it was already closed. (They are supposedly open today, at least thats what google told me.) Given the fact the family was over for today, even if I wanted to go earlier I could not.


I am quite upset. I am a regular customer. I've charged ZP many times over the two years Z8 Games has run Lost Saga. I am an upset regular customer. Why was the LS community not informed? Can you please extend this bonus ZP for tomorrow as well? You can still make it up to the LS side by announcing it tomorrow, and apologizing for not announcing it when you did to the CF community. Please, I'm sincerely begging you here. Thank you for your time.

If LS was not informed then I'd assume this was an unintentional bug. I literally just recharged my account with ZP and it worked, for CF. If it didn't work for you, then I guess the bug was fixed?

So you were not informed of the promotion, yet it was applied to your game? That's what I understood from your first post.

What about any of this implies you understood my first comment? Assuming the Lost Saga community not being informed of a Bonus ZP promotion a bug? Not to mention our patch notes and other such things were incorrect for the first hour they were posted. (Engineer's skill Icon's were that of Shadow Rangers, last updates patch notes talked about an event that was supposed to start that week, but instead didn't even get further announcements till the 23rd.

Hate to bring me bad news? Listen, It's clear as day that LS is just Z8's side game. Don't write this off as an "unintentional bug". Thanks for the reply though, I suppose.

I'm at a loss. I give in. Screw me for wanting to at least be informed of a ZP promotion right? I'll go back to pit that is the Lost Saga side of Z8 Games a sad, defeated regular customer.

Hmm, it would seem you cannot edit posts within the Announcement threads. I would like to apologize for my rudeness in the above post. I'm in fact (and very obviously) upset that the Lost Saga Community was not informed of this ZP promotion. However that does not give me the right to be an entitled jerk. Thank you kindly MOD Moe for reading and replying to my posts. I sent a ticket two tickets in on this topic, and will wait to see what happens on monday. Thank you again.
