A lot of people are having/have had this same problem, but Z8 refuses to admit the incompetence of Xtrap and won't give back the honorable soldier ribbon.

Hmm, i was banned for 1 hour before for no reason also but i still got it o.o ? Try sending a ticket..but good luck with that though...
The funny thing that when i sent a ticket asking why i was banned, they just said you are not banned anymore and closed it.

See when I originally sent in a ticket they said it wouldn't effect my ribbon and now that it has I sent in another and they hit me with some copy and pasted BS.

Xtrap fails hard.....almos a year ago i had a 3days ban with not reason -_-
Some days ago i logged out from UK4 and logged in in UK1 and took a 1 Hour ban.....here is the thread: Hack Detected: 70_12

when i ticket support they say i am hacker , i swear i dont know how to use hack , i never pay for hack on my life

At the first ban, 9 months ago, I played with GM Castiel. At the room lobby, after the game, I got "Hack detected 70_12". Banned for 1 hour.
Second Ban: Because XCrap fails. XTrap sucks with some Antivirus and other Security software... So I go banned few times because of XCrap.

The funny thing is, that I always contacted z8 for this issues and the answer was "Recently we have found evidence which proves this account was using malicious software within CrossFire.".
Yes, this "evidence" does proof, that your detection is kidding legit players!

So I also lost mine and Im 100% sure, that I am not the only affected person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Booooooooooo z8
