No enough space in inventory

Hello All,

When i try to open ZP crates and when i get any item or any weapon i get message: " You don't have enough space in your inventory to save the item. "

Please help me guys if you have any idea about this problem, I can't spin crates fast take more time and also i lost much item's, so i ask support fixing this problem for me to spin my crates without lose item's.
