I didn't receive ak47-fury yet while some other clan mates did....can you check it please ?
What's wrong with this event ? o.O
We should get the AK-Fury VIP tomorrow if you managed to successfully complete the event. Remember the servers use EST time zone (I think :L) Just check your account tomorrow. It should be there. -

On the left, you can then see a "Submit Ticket" Tab.
Choose "CrossFire Support".
As for the Category... I'd place my bet on either "Technical Issue" or "Others". Perhaps a GM can offer a detailed explanation for what inquiry goes where.
Even today, I still sometimes send tickets to the wrong department because I'm not sure where they go into lol.
