Security Question/Answer

So I forgot my security question and answer on one of my accounts.
Is there a way I can recover that or change it?

Unfortunately, we don't change the SQ/A and we don't hand it out if you forget it. Your best bet is to go back through your email and see if you can find anything from when you signed up.

Oh, well thanks for the quick answer. If only I wouldn't delete every email I receive
