This game is getting out of hands!!@!@!@ High ranks in clan war used hack so damn much now... What is the fun of this game when there is too much hackers???

Report them. It's the only thing you can do. If you don't report, chances are you'll face them again. If you DO report, the z8 team will review it and ban them. It might also help to perhaps use something like bandicam to record the footage.
