Hey, I'd suggest that you try out my clan. 70% winrate and over 350 clan matches played so far, we're doing them almost everyday (80% or so) and we always use skype or TS during them. 3 of us are swedish with fluent english, we've got some americans aswell. We try not to recruit people who can't speak english, since that's a lack of communication when doing clan matches and a handicap in general. We're UK server based.
