Viper - Vip Char Pre-Order question

There are 3 separate images for the new vip char.
1) black list
2) global risk
3) special

On the pre-order page there is one char image for VIPER ONLY (First time VIP)
Different Char image -VIPER ONLY (Returning VIP)
Different Char image -VIPER + M4A1-S - JEWELRY

Are they all the same (together) or different?

Yes, they're all the same. You can only buy them once, and you'll get BL, GR and SP ( special ) versions ( Black List, Global Elite and the Special Char for ZM and MM ).
