Lost the dates of my account

I cant remember my registered E-Mail for my Crossfire account.. and also my Loginname and password are missing.. What can I do? Ingame I have my Account in the friendslist.. But I cannot login anymore..
Can somebody please help me?

If you don't have the LoginID anymore, it is going to be more or less impossible to recover your account. Thats what we use to begin verifying you, and without it we have nothing to go on
