What Time Does CFS start?

I have no idea what, "Washington D.C., Eastern Time Zone (UTC -05:00)" or "PM 09:40 (-1D)" translates to in central time, som1 tell me plx.

Central is 1 hour behind Eastern. So 8:40PM for you, you can see on the left of the time 'PM' or 'AM'. In the UK it will start at like 2am and go on all the way through the night.

Haha so they'll actually play in the morning over in China. Let's hope they can concentrate.
