Dear Sir . i have a problem with what happening now alot of accounts got block from sending messages ****ing u , i Forgot my acc Open Form Wepsite and There Is person i Don't No Him ****ing you in Ticket .
i think make sending tickets by Yahoo mail will be better thank you..
we Need Recover our Accounts By E-mails in first Time To be a warning If repeat Give us Permanently Block ... Thank you ..

You can retrieve your account even if its you can't log on to it. Go to forgot password, they will ask for your email. They will send a new password to your email. Also you can try to use an alternate account to send in a support ticket if necessary, but if you was ban perm for your actions then that's your fault.

If you got permanently blocked, that's it. There is no way to reverse that.
