It is because of that one person in insulting the ticket to support
And I regained my account when I try to have a problem, a request for support to some of the data that I do not own

If you got banned there must have been a reason for it. There is no point making a thread here, the decision can not be overturned here, submit a support ticket and they might be able to help you, but do not get your hopes up.
