i really need help with my ticket but someone in the support staff just randomely closed it he copy pasted a term and condition and just closed it .... i have been waiting 10 days for this kind of support ?
he didnt even give me a chance to answer back my own ticket

Firstly: Making multiple tickets will not help your argument, make ONE ticket and wait for a reply.

If it has been closed, it has been dealt with, no-one on the forums can help you.

If it was a generic question about terms of use etc, then they will get a generic answer.
