hello i got the rixty game card and got the red dragon scope ak for 30 days. i was not about to repair it at all no way to repair it. so i keep using it . i have sent in a ticket about it to Technical Issue. but going on 2 days now and no one have open my ticket. now i do not have it at all do not know were it got to. were did it get to? and will i be able to get it back for the 30 days i was supposed to have it ? i have had it for 3 or so days. now it is not in my storage any more did not get to use it the full 30 days . this pic was 2 days ago with the ticket i sent in to Technical Issue

i still have my rixty game card pin number that i use and the redeem code number for the red dragon scope ak if you need me to prove the numbers i have use to you
and everyone that do not work for crossfire or z8games do not ask me for the numbers they are no longer in use
