it dont work like that man they only give you a chance to change your password not to recover your ID and password and security questions and stuff like that...

Can we get a bump on this please? Same issue I used to be a company officer and I got my email and password but I have no ID and this is quite sad. I have gold guns in my arsenal and I have no access. Could we get some help with this please? My account was from back in the day with Romania and Unleashed in top 5 guild

If you do not have a record of it, then no, there is no way to recover the account login ID. This is a security feature.

So what you're saying is I can't get my account that I dumped nearly 600dollars of my parents money into because as a 12 year old I was dumb enough to probably put something completely out there...... (20 yrs old now)

But No. It is your responsibility to remember your login ID, not the companys. You could try submitting a support ticket, but they are in no way obliged to give you the info, but they may take pity if you have solid proof that the account is yours and has always belonged to you...
