Hy my ingame name is iwannalov and i would like to ask z8games big question!
why when i completed all event ridles and challenges i didnt get that 10 haloveen colection zp crates!
I tryed so hard to get that reward and actualy when i did last wave mod map as last days chalange i checked at event homepage my reward status and id sad all chalenges complete or something! and i tought i finaly will get that crates but now 2 days hawe ben ower since event ended and i still dont hawe that crates!
I hope u listen to this and will help me get what i actualy deserwe!

i did what z8games admins sad and post thread here but i gues its useless like i didnt get any answer that i didnt recieve zp when bought 10k not given but my money taken

For several reasons:

A) They have been busy with Patch stuff.
They are in a different time zone to you.
C) They don't answer these sorts of questions on the forum. You need to submit a support ticket.
