This isn't a fraud.
Did you submit a support ticket for it?
There is probably a very simple explanation for what happened. But you have to do it through the support site. That is what it is there for. To help people with any account related issues.
Be sure to visit it and include all relevant bits of information. Like the account, the time of the transaction, the method of payment and then any confirmation numbers you got from said method of payment. (make sure to specify in the selection Cross Fire)
Through the system they will be able to track the issue and find out what happened to your points.

Asking on the fourms is about the worst way to contact us regarding money issues, sometimes we miss threads, as we cannot be on 24/7!

After 2 days without an answer, i belive, indeed, this is a fraud. So, if you don't contact me tomorow, I will bring you to trial.
if this was a fraud it wouldnt be from these guys it would be from clickandbuy several clickandbuy companys are frauds you can easy google it and find out for yourself -
