The Gold-Anaconda crates have not been issued to anyone yet, as they have not been released yet. When they have been issued, there will be an announcement. If you think you have not got a reward you think you qualified for, please submit ONE ticket and wait for an answer. State what crates, which event, which account.

Perfect z8games logic as always. "Do this and you will win something, sometime." They can release it after 3 years or 5 years. This is unserious like their in-game hacking treatment. This isn't the correct business way. Yes business, because they make money from this game, and we are the costumers. There are too many online games, too many competitors. With this attitude they will lose clients day by day.

They are coming very soon, just relax and wait. At NO time that CF NA/UK has been around has anyone had to wait more than a month after an event for the prize...And sorry that you're guaranteed FREE CRATES for something that ISNT EVEN OUT YET?

Perfect forum logic - complain that you don't get free stuff enough, when you get given stuff "well I wanted it sooner" or other silly complaints? You are getting this as a reward for doing something, no-body made you do it, and the facts weren't hidden about it at all.

Of course they make money, it's a business, if they didn't make money the game wouldn't exist, as people need money to survive, hosting things on a server costs money, electricity to run the servers costs money, people to review the reports/update content/keep the game online need money. And no, giving out things for free that you can make money from is bad business, you're correct, but they value their player base and the community, so they like to reward us all...

The only one reason to make a reward for something is to amass a huge amount of players on one place (one map) so they can test it in a real situation. It costs nothing.
The explanation "the creates ISN'T EVEN OUT YET" is not a logical at all. You don't promise something that you haven't....yet. The HUGE amount of in-game hackers is problem from the beginning. Players paid for weapons with their real money - hackers just download some .dll's and ruined the pleasure of the game, and after five years z8games still haven't durable solution. C'mon for five years I can make C++ developer from my son and force him to solve this problem. Here we have pure unconcern. The Xtrap update is not the solution as we can see from the results so far. You said something about "people to review the reports". I reported clear, 100% hackers with aim-bot with clear evidence (replays) over 20 times and none of them was banned. One disappointment after another.

Or to introduce them to a new map...like the majority of games do...and no, that costs nothing, but giving out free crates for simply playing the game? That loses them money.

No, it's completely illogical for a company to promise customers something that isn't out - It makes no business sense as they are already losing money on the crates, when they havent even been released, you are right, It's such a nice gesture of them, don't you think? They can promise anything though, it is their business, their company...why can they NOT do it exactly?

Trust me, I've been in the game since open beta, yes, there are times it has been better, but there have been times is has been a LOT worse too, as is always the way with free to play games, as people don't lose out from hacking. But let me ask you this - How do you know nothing has been done? You don't. Just because they don't make a song and dance about it/reply to your ticket does not mean nothing has been done. Trust me.

And the hacks are constantly banned. The hacks you see now are not the hacks from 5 years ago, or 1 year ago, or even last month. The makers of them are constantly changing their hacks, making new ones etc to bypass the blocks that are put in place by X-Trap.

To be fair, i thought when they said "as-of-yet unreleased" as in "It's not being being sold yet, but you'll get the crates before then if you do the Event".

Does it warrant people raging because the crates aren't there? No, it doesn't.
It's a simple case of being too dumb to read the OP. To which i can count myself aswell lol.
