Error/close when loading into a match

Hello, I used to play crossfire religiously back 2010-2013 never had this problem before. I just downloaded the game, opened and patched it. Once I patched it I ran it and tried to hop into a s&d eagle eye, when I clicked join ( a match previously started) it said can not load map files, tried it again and it said error, both times just closing. Please help
