Presidential League - Insight needed for Week 4 10/31/15

Hello participants,

Just wanted to get some feedback on what everyone thinks about Week 4 which falls right on Halloween this year. I know some partying could go out, people could be out; it gets hectic, etc. With this brought to attention we would like to know whether participants will be willing or available to play this Saturday. If not we will most likely look to move this week's matches to Sunday 7 PM EST or next Saturday.
