Server still lagging

Yea, it's a great shame to know that our servers NA/UK are still in a very poor state, they are very unstable especially at peak hours (with abnormal lags/spikes and disconnections). It's been like this for several weeks at the least and if this is not game breaking enough to get immediate attention then IDK what else is.. Let's hope it's fixed before 2016!
