Outdated Version Error Message?

So I recently found the error:
"This file has been changed : W[2007] [L]0
rez\RB001.REZ"

I fixed it, or I thought I did, I uninstalled and reinstalled CF, it worked for the first time I went in, but after I quit CF and tried logging back in, the loading HGCW thing, before it even reaches that, it says that my version is outdated and that I need to install the new one when clearly I did, it patched already. So the I opened the file location and clicked on cfpatcher.exe, then it worked again. However, when I quit CF again, both of them stopped working and still is displaying the "outdated version" error message. If anyone knows a fix to this or something, I would gladly appreciate it, thanks.

    Open the programm-folder of CrossFire and open "version.ini" with a editor like notepad.. Delete everything inside that file and insert this + save + try again
    [VERSION]LatestVersion = 1217
    MinimalVersion= 1130
    OwnVersion = 10

    [DOWNLOAD]
    server1 = http://cfpatch.z8games.com/download/

    [SERVER]
    COUNT = 1
    IP1 =67.210.208.133
    PORT1 =13008

    [HGW]
    PORT=16666
    SERVER1=67.210.208.161
    SERVER2=67.210.208.163
    POD1=50
    POD2=50

    There should be a empty line at the end.

    And pls, don't create 3000x threads......
